Job summary

Gillis seeks a Regional Director of Sales to lead outbound and proactive sales for six hotels across the USA and Canada. This home-based role reports to the Executive Director of Sales Performance and requires virtual collaboration with hotel leaders.

You will manage a Salesforce-driven pipeline, travel occasionally for in-market visits, and drive revenue growth with strategic partnerships while ensuring client satisfaction and ROI for hotel partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across market segments.
• Proven ability to generate new business, grow market share, and hit revenue goals.
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, account management and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, outbound and proactive sales for six hotels and share best practices with GMs.
• Drive ROI for hotel partners and hit revenue milestones within a 6-month cycle.
• Activate new accounts locally and grow market share through targeted prospecting.
• Develop a sales pipeline in Salesforce and shorten the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with POD to drive revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences and manage expectations with professionalism.
• Travel 2–4 times per year for in-market visits to strengthen relationships.
