Job summary

Gillis is hiring a Regional Director of Sales to lead strategic outbound sales for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels across Canada and/or the USA. The role is home-based and reports to an Executive Director of Sales Performance.

You will drive outbound sales, manage ROI, and grow market share while maintaining client relationships and delivering value through a proactive sales approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments (multi-property sales preferred).
• Proven ability to generate new business, grow market share, and achieve revenue goals.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, outbound and proactive sales for a portfolio of 6 hotels; share best practices with GMs and Front Desk staff.
• Drive ROI for hotel partners while hitting revenue milestones on a 6-month cycle.
• Activate new accounts in local markets and expand market share through targeted prospecting; report progress bi-weekly.
• Develop and nurture a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and shorten cycles.
• Collaborate with POD to drive revenue across the portfolio and ensure top-tier client experiences.
• Travel for in-market visits to strengthen client relationships.
