Job summary

Nidec Motor Corporation is seeking an organized Inside Sales Support professional to interface with the Inside Sales Manager, Product Manager, and Regional Sales Managers. You will resolve issues, manage forecasts, orders, and sample requests, and coordinate customer-related activities within the territory and distribution.

The role involves supporting sales priorities, processing orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with SAP and Excel; proficient in Google Sheets and MS Office.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and process.
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel as required to support business operations.

Responsibilities

Support Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers in managing sales priorities and achieving sales goals.
Order entry, billing, customer forecast/planning management.
Monitor and track all shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt.
Verify shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
Maintain accurate shipment records in the system and generate regular status reports.
Setting up new customers in SAP / Salesforce.
Daily and monthly sales reporting.
