Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a remote, full-time Revenue Cycle Lead to oversee prebilling and follow-up for home health branches in a defined region. You will collaborate with regional leadership, branch operations, and other teams to optimize financial performance and ensure timely, compliant claims.

The role requires Medicare/billing expertise, KPI reporting, and the ability to present weekly summaries to leadership. Occasional travel to regional offices may be needed.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 3+ years Medicare/billing experience.
• Preferred experience presenting KPI trends to leadership.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; English fluency.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• On-site attendance may be required for non-remote roles.
• Company does not waive essential in-office functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily follow up of held claims and update or release as appropriate.
• Follow up on open billing issues within two working days.
• Develop and implement a weekly dashboard for regional operations leadership (DSO, unbilled actions, drivers).
• Serve as liaison between branches and revenue cycle teams to ensure claims are pursued.
• Manage billing to keep unbilled at 20% or less of branch revenue.
• Conduct face-to-face reviews for new admissions.
• Perform QA audits as directed.
• Travel periodically to regional offices as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
