Job summary

University of Nevada-Las Vegas is seeking a Regional Recruiter to support undergraduate recruitment efforts from a remote Florida-based location. You will collaborate across Admissions, Financial Aid, and academic units, orchestrating outreach to prospective students and families and traveling to target markets as needed.

You will manage recruitment initiatives, attend events, review applications, and help meet annual enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of related professional experience preferred.
• Customer service or public-facing experience required; GA positions may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned recruiting regions as needed.
• Visit high schools and community colleges; attend events.
• Plan, arrange, and implement recruitment schedules.
• Advise students and families on educational opportunities.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate recruitment programs and events.
• Analyze recruitment trends and identify barriers and solutions.
• Deliver presentations at parent nights and college sites.
• Create and distribute promotional materials for targeted populations.
• Review applications and evaluate admission eligibility.
• Maintain records of recruitment activities and contacts.
• Assist with student service projects and events.
• Achieve yearly recruiting goals.
