Job summary

UNLV Regional Admissions Coordinator is responsible for recruiting and enrolling undergraduate, graduate, and transfer students from an assigned territory, guiding prospects through the admissions process from inquiry through matriculation.

The role also supervises Regional Counselors/Recruiters, develops regional recruitment strategies, and coordinates outreach plans while collaborating with Financial Aid and academic units to reach enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 1-3 years of related experience.
• Experience in customer service or public-facing roles preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll undergraduate, graduate, and transfer students.
• Supervise regional counselors/recruiters and develop recruitment strategies.
• Travel within assigned regions for high schools, community colleges, and college fairs.
• Advise prospective students on admissions requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, and academic units to support enrollment goals.
• Develop and coordinate communication plans and training for regional staff.
• Support recruitment events and analyze enrollment trends.
