New College of Florida is seeking an Admissions Recruiter to serve as the regional representative, executing outreach, recruitment, and yield initiatives across a regional territory. The role collaborates with the Assistant Director and Associate Director for guidance and territory planning, while aligning to strategic goals set by leadership.

You will provide counseling, review applications, and maintain records in Slate CRM, representing NCF at high schools and colleges, and developing annual

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.
• Experience in college admissions or recruitment.
• Familiarity with Slate CRM or similar systems.
• Experience managing large travel schedules for higher education recruitment.

Mansioni

• Provide admissions and scholarship counseling to prospective students and families.
• Conduct preliminary review of applications from assigned territories.
• Accurately record and maintain applicant information, inquiries, and follow-up communications in Slate CRM.
• Represent NCF at high schools, community colleges, and educational organizations as the main contact.
• Develop annual territory management plans with goals for visits, applications targets, and partnerships.
• Coordinate travel logistics, event registration, and budget for assigned areas.
• Attend campus events such as Preview Days, Open Houses, and Admitted Student Days.
• Collaborate with other Recruiters to balance travel coverage and maximize visibility.
