Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Quality Manager to join our Warehousing & Logistics Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, standardizing, and elevating quality assurance systems across our regional Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouse and fulfillment network, as well as supporting the launch of new business operations.

You will join a dedicated operational leadership team that reports directly to the North America Operations Director,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality, warehousing, fulfillment or logistics operations, incl. 2+ years in multi-site/regional capacity.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, inventory integrity, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven multi-site quality leadership with client-facing stakeholder management and process transformation.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional quality and operational excellence by implementing and standardizing QMS across centers with audits and 5S reviews.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders as the primary regional quality liaison during onboarding and reviews.
• Lead investigations into complaints and errors using RCCA and CAPA while tracking KPIs.
