Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Quality & Continuous Improvement leader to drive regional RCA, CAPA, and QMS governance across global operations. You will lead problem-solving programs and coach teams in Lean Six Sigma to achieve right-first-time quality and durable improvements.

The role requires a strong background in ISO 9001, audits, and data-driven quality management, with excellent stakeholder collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and regional leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in Quality, Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Quality, or Operational Excellence.
• Strong expertise in RCA, 8D, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, and A3.
• Solid knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001, non-conformity management, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading or supporting internal and certification audits within an industrial, manufacturing, or regulated environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify quality trends, recurring failures, systemic issues, and improvement opportunities using performance data.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly in global or matrixed organizations.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical findings and improvement recommendations clearly.
• A structured, process-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex quality challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to lead regional or cross-functional quality improvement programs and drive accountability without relying on direct authority.
• Understanding of Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ), Lessons Learned, Zero-Defect methodologies, Customer Experience, and Voice of Customer concepts.
• Familiarity with quality analytics, dashboards, digital quality systems, and performance reporting.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Aufgaben

• Regional RCA and Continuous Improvement: Lead deployment and consistent application of RCA and CI across regional projects and sites.
• Complex problem-solving: Facilitate investigations into major non-conformities, recurring failures, customer concerns, and quality incidents.
• Corrective and preventive actions: Drive CAPA to minimize recurring issues and improve operations.
• Performance monitoring: Track RCA effectiveness, action closure, and business impact via KPIs and reviews.
• Zero-Defect Framework: Support deployment and governance to promote defect prevention and right-first-time execution.
• Quality maturity: Monitor preventive quality initiatives and identify opportunities to improve regional quality.
• Quality Management System governance: Support implementation and improvement of QMS ensuring compliance.
• Audit coordination: Coordinate internal QMS audits and certification audits, including ISO 9001, across sites.
• Audit findings and compliance: Ensure timely closure of audit findings and drive systemic improvements.
• Lessons Learned and customer experience: Govern processes and use VOC feedback to prioritize improvements.
• Quality analytics and reporting: Analyze trends and indicators to identify systemic issues and opportunities.
• Data-driven decision-making: Contribute to regional quality reviews through dashboards and metrics.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Quality, Engineering, PM, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and leadership teams.
• Capability building and coaching: Mentor teams in 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, A3, CAPA, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Continuous improvement culture: Promote accountability and knowledge sharing across regions.
