Job Juncture seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the ISO 9001 quality management system across multiple U.S. manufacturing locations. The role supervises a Quality Coordinator and guides site laboratory teams, combining quality systems ownership with analytical testing oversight and audits.

Responsibilities include ensuring validated methods, calibrated instruments, and robust CAPA processes, while driving continuous improvement and cost-effective quality performance metrics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in industrial manufacturing or related processing environment.
• 2+ years of laboratory supervisory or leadership experience.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification required.
• Experience with wet chemistry, physical materials testing, analytical instrumentation, and SPC.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• ASQ CMQ/OE or CQE certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 QMS, including document control, procedures, and audit readiness.
• Lead third party registration and customer audits.
• Provide direction, training, and support to laboratory and site quality personnel.
• Oversee physical and chemical testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Ensure analytical methods are validated and laboratory instruments are calibrated and maintained.
• Lead quality investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action.
• Manage laboratory resources, budgets, and quality performance metrics.
