Job summary

C-Serv is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead data center builds in the United States. You will manage full lifecycle delivery from planning through commissioning, coordinating architects, engineers, GCs, subcontractors and OEMs, while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

This remote role requires 50–60% travel across regions, with a base salary range of $175,000–$195,000 and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading data center construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree and strong technical background in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong MEP and trades knowledge; ability to read drawings, specifications, schematics and sequences of operation.
• Scheduling in MS Project or Primavera P6, with DCMA 14 or similar.
• Familiarity with Procore, MOPs, NETA standards, BMS and EPMS, access control and CCTV, LV and network systems.
• Exceptional organization and ability to explain complex issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% of the time across regions; comfortable on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery from planning and budget through design, build, start-up and commissioning.
• Manage several projects at once, on time, on budget, and to design standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors and OEMs.
• Oversee RFP and buyout, including bid evaluation, negotiation and contractor selection.
• Manage budgets, change orders, schedules and Procore reporting.
• Maintain safe sites with EHS and ensure clean handover to operations.
