WIRTGEN AMERICA is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to support internal sales, dealers, and customers by delivering solutions using Kleemann machines. The role requires presenting to groups, advising on equipment selection, and building dealer networks across the assigned territory.
Minimum 2 years in the crushing, screening, and aggregate mining industry, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Position based in Antioch, TN with significant travel and the need to reside within the territory.

The primary purpose of the Technical Sales Manager’s role is to support the internal sales team, dealers, and customers to provide solutions utilizing Kleemann machines.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands and finger dexterity to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Frequent travel is required.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently working at an off-site location, with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. 75% travel is required for this position and it is also required to live within the designated territory.
