Job summary

WIRTGEN AMERICA is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to support internal sales, dealers, and customers by delivering solutions using Kleemann machines. The role requires presenting to groups, advising on equipment selection, and building dealer networks across the assigned territory.

Minimum 2 years in the crushing, screening, and aggregate mining industry, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Position based in Antioch, TN with significant travel and the need to reside within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in crushing, screening, and aggregate mining.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and training the dealer network within the specified sales territory.
• Provide technical sales assistance to the dealer and sales team with product knowledge.
• Travel within the territory to call on customers and prospects; present to groups when needed.
• Quote prices, terms, and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained; forecast delivery dates.
