Job summary

Corus Orthodontists is seeking a Regional Practice Support Manager to lead onboarding, integration, and coaching across orthodontic practices within the network. You will drive performance improvements and guide practice teams through challenging business and staffing issues from a centralized home office in a flexible remote setup.

The role requires 5+ years in operational/management settings, 3+ years of people leadership, and strong data analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in orthodontic, dental, or similar practice.
• 5+ years progressive experience in operational, consulting or management roles.
• 3+ years people management.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis and developing performance indicators.
• Ability to balance independent work with teamwork.
• Strong understanding of orthodontic insurance billing.
• Experience with local practice marketing and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing performance and operational improvement of a group of dispersed practices.
• Own P&L, budget management, and cost-reduction strategies.
• Lead small teams through targeted consulting projects.
• Identify key business drivers and plan against them.
• Plan and facilitate group workshops with high emotional intelligence.
• Lead complex, organization-wide strategic projects across regions.
• Contribute to the development of our operational improvement toolkit.
• Provide leadership at local practice level including recruitment and coaching.
• Lead integration of new practices into the Corus network and shared services.
• Some travel to maintain relationships and support initiatives.
