Job summary

Corus Orthodontists seeks a Regional Practice Support Manager to lead performance across multiple orthodontic practices. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will onboard, integrate, and guide practice teams within a growing partnership, driving operational improvements and sustainable change.

You will travel 30% to support relationships and implement improvement initiatives while maintaining a flexible remote work structure from California.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in an orthodontic or dental network.
• 5+ years progressive experience in operational, consulting or management roles.
• 3+ years people management is an asset.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis and developing performance indicators.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to work with frontline staff to senior leaders.
• Ability to balance independent work with collaborative teamwork.
• Strong understanding of orthodontic insurance billing.
• Experience with local practice marketing programs.
• Experience with resources-based/doctor-time scheduling.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment and implement new systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance and operational improvement of dispersed orthodontic practices.
• Own P&L, budget management, and cost-reduction strategies.
• Lead small teams on targeted projects to drive improvements.
• Identify key business drivers and formulate plans accordingly.
• Plan and facilitate group workshops to achieve network goals.
• Lead complex, organization-wide strategic projects across regions.
• Contribute to development of the operational improvement toolkit.
• Provide local leadership, recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Lead integration of new practices into the Corus network with shared services.
