Job summary

Moderna Therapeutics is seeking a field-based oncology-focused marketer to lead regional KOL engagement and advocacy strategies for the US market, supporting launch planning for individualized neoantigen therapies. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute compliant, on-label programs across KOLs, speakers, and advisory boards, driving regional brand priorities and market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years in pharma/biotech with TLL or field-based thought leader engagement experience
• Oncology/KOL engagement experience required
• Strong knowledge of commercial compliance and regulatory requirements
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory (up to 75%)

Responsibilities

• Lead regional KOL engagement and advocacy strategies aligned with US brand strategy and launch objectives
• Identify and cultivate long-term strategic relationships with influential HCPs and KOLs in oncology
• Plan and execute cross-functional KOL initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Alliance stakeholders
• Lead Market Insights activities translating market information into actionable recommendations for brand planning
• Oversee speaker bureau programs and advisory boards within the region
• Develop and optimize approved speaker materials and ensure compliant program execution
