Job summary

Moderna is seeking a field-based US Oncology Marketing leader to drive regional KOL engagement and advocacy for intismeran, an individualized neoantigen therapy. You will partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Alliance teams to shape brand strategy and launch planning in the US.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in pharma/biotech, oncology expertise, and a proven ability to build long-term KOL relationships, translate market insights into strategic recommendations, and travel up

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech with field-based thought leader engagement experience.
• Oncology experience required.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic KOL engagement plans and build long-term relationships with influential HCPs and KOLs.
• Strong understanding of commercial compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory (up to 75%).

Responsibilities

• Lead regional KOL engagement and advocacy strategies aligned with US brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Identify and cultivate long-term relationships with influential KOLs across oncology.
• Serve as the regional commercial marketing expert for KOLs, guiding cross-functional engagement initiatives.
• Develop differentiated, on-label KOL programming aligned with brand strategy and launches.
• Coordinate regional cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Alliance stakeholders.
• Plan and lead KOL engagements at conferences, field visits, and approved forums.
