Job summary

Moderna is seeking a field-based US Oncology marketing leader to drive KOL engagement, market insights, and speaker bureau programs for an individualized neoantigen therapy. You will partner across Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and Alliance teams to deliver compliant, customer-centric engagement and launch plans in the US market.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma/biotech, oncology experience, and strong strategic thinking.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years in pharma/biotech.
Experience as Thought Leader Liaison or similar field-based role in oncology.
Strong knowledge of commercial compliance and regulatory requirements.
Ability to travel up to 75% within the US.

Responsibilities

Lead regional KOL engagement and advocacy programs aligned with US brand strategy.
Synthesize regional market insights to inform launch planning and messaging.
Oversee speaker bureau programs and advisory boards in the assigned region.
Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Alliance teams to ensure compliant execution.
Identify preferred KOLs and manage cross-functional engagement initiatives across conferences and field activities.
