Qualifications

• Doctoral-level or medical degree required (PhD/MD/DO/DNP/PharmD).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant therapeutic area experience beyond the degree program.
• Ability to conduct doctoral-level discussions with external stakeholders.
• Strong ethics and knowledge of FDA/HIPAA guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Develops professional relationships with national and regional scientific leaders (SLs) to ensure access to approved medical and scientific information.
• Conducts peer-to-peer scientific discussions and maintains a reliable presence with SLs.
• Addresses scientific questions and directs inquiries on issues outside scope to appropriate resources.
• Keeps current knowledge of dynamic scientific and clinical environment in the areas of interest.
• Initiates discussions with SLs or investigators to determine alignment with research strategies and study concepts.
• Recommends study sites and investigators for phase II–IV programs and supports site initiation visits.
• Leads protocol development in collaboration with Global Clinical Trial Operations.
• Engages in scientific congresses and medical meetings to facilitate data exchange.
• Gathers feedback and information to understand medical needs and priorities.
• Promotes an inclusive culture and serves as a role model for diverse teams.
