Job summary
Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Regional Medical Lead (Director) to join the regional leadership team. You will shape the region’s medical strategy, build senior relationships, and serve as the primary medical contact for top decision-makers and influencers across the region.
You will lead efforts with MSLs, identify evidence needs, and ensure resources align with patient-centric priorities while promoting collaboration across medical, patient access, and market access teams.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Biological Sciences (Pharm.D., M.D., D.O. or Ph.D.) preferred.
- 7–10 years of strategic leadership across therapeutic and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to influence and mobilize across complex healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to regional strategic business plans and align with patient-centric priorities.
- Develop and maintain senior stakeholder and C-suite relationships across the region.
- Serve as primary medical contact for regional decision-makers and influencers.
