Elior seeks a Marketing Manager for its Education Segment to work remotely, supporting regional operations and developing strategies to enhance the consumer experience aligned with the brand. You will evaluate key client marketing plans for ROI and provide recommendations for improvements based on your expertise.

You will lead regional marketing strategies, coordinate with the Senior Director of Marketing, and drive in-unit and retailer programs to boost engagement and revenue while maintaining

Formación

• 3–5 years of marketing experience or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Solid understanding of marketing strategies and tactics for food service, retail or restaurant management.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as marketing liaison/lead within a Region of the Country.
• Develop segment-specific strategic marketing plans with support from Senior Director of Marketing.
• Execute program strategies at unit level and track program data with the region.
• Develop and execute retail promotional strategies for culinary concepts.
• Create marketing programs to increase customer satisfaction, participation and revenue.
• Collaborate with corporate to develop creative briefs for collateral and plans.
