Jabil is seeking a Regional Manufacturing Engineering Lead to serve as a subject matter expert across multiple manufacturing processes. You will provide DFM and NPI support, lead technical issue resolution with cross-functional teams, and drive best-practice implementation at the site.

The role is remote with up to 75% domestic travel to Memphis, Prince George, and Salisbury. You will lead process improvements, training, and end-to-end manufacturing enablement while upholding safety and quality

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• SME in implementing new manufacturing lines.
• Greenfield or brownfield experience highly desired.
• Knowledge in DFM/A, FMEA and IPC requirements.
• Ability to write technical reports and instructions for the Site.
• Project management experience; SAP, MES, and MS Office proficiency.

Mansioni

• Serve as the functional expert for the manufacturing area assigned.
• Coordinate and facilitate training for the plant in terms of new hires, new functionality, and upgrades.
• Coordinate and facilitate new line installations, new manufacturing process implementation and end-to-end accountability for manufacturing enablement.
• Track and communicate all changes/enhancements to existing process, including upgrades to process.
• Provide support to the users and the department SMEs.
• Ensure 100% adherence to all company policies and procedures (Health, Safety and Quality).
• Work with EOS Domain Experts ME’s to implement Jabil best practices at the site.
• Carry out machine and process evaluations; maintain area documentation.
