• Technology & Capability Advancement: Lead innovation by researching, developing, and deploying advanced manufacturing technologies. Maintain a regional capability roadmap and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to exchange knowledge and drive strategic projects.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize cost, streamline processes, and ensure project milestones deliver maximum value.

How will you make an impact?

Jabil is seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to lead Manufacturing Engineering across our U.S. and Canadian operations. This role drives excellence through capability and technology development, deployment, and collaboration across Jabil sites, customers, and suppliers.

Location: On-site at any U.S. Jabil manufacturing facility
Travel: Up to 75% across U.S. sites based on business needs, projects, etc.
Type: Full-time, In person/On site
