Job summary

Council on International Educational Exchange seeks a Regional Manager for Summer Work and Travel in the Cape Cod area of Massachusetts. You will lead a on-the-ground sales team focused on hosting employers, participants, and community partners, driving placement growth and exceptional program support.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years of B2B sales, 3–5 years of people management, and experience with Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years of previous sales success required, B2B and human capital solutions preferred.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of people management experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to work with remote field staff.
• Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales leadership by managing a team responsible for selling to new hosts, renewing and growing existing host relationships, and sourcing host families within a defined territory.
• Set individualized sales goals and pipeline targets for team members and provide coaching to exceed seasonal goals.
• Create outreach strategies to engage new hosts and renew existing relationships.
• Develop and deploy a cadence of host-centric community events to provide value and maximize sales.
• Provide gold standard account management to host accounts in your region, building long-term relationships.
