Hyatt Regency McCormick Place seeks an Assistant Director of Finance – Productivity & Financial Analysis to lead the general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting, driving profitability. The role partners with the Director of Finance to optimize labor productivity, internal controls, and data-driven decision-making across hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive accounting or finance experience in hospitality preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-financial leaders.
