Bring your relationship-building skills to grow a network of Realtors and other referral partners. An active NMLS/MLO license, strong compliance knowledge, and sales drive are essential; you can choose to add team members or operate solo with corporate support.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset for complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Uncapped commissions.
• Loan products for all borrower types.
• Add additional LOs to your team OR act as an individual LO.
• Licensed in 28 states and growing.
• Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.
