Gabriel Group in the Northwest region seeks a Regional Irrigation Manager to oversee irrigation operations across Northern California, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, with substantial travel. This role leads a regional team, drives water-conservation initiatives, and collaborates with branch leadership to grow irrigation-related revenue.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in irrigation management, strong leadership, and the ability to train staff in best practices while improving water efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years irrigation management and leadership experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience training and leading regional teams in irrigation.

Responsabilités

• Lead irrigation operations and water conservation across the Northwest region.
• Develop strategies to reduce water usage while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Manage budgeting and revenue opportunities from irrigation services.
• Train technicians and branch staff in best practices.
• Collaborate with branch leadership and account managers.
• Represent the company in client meetings and industry groups.
