Qualifications

• 5+ years irrigation management and leadership experience.
• Fluent communication in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Lead irrigation operations and water management initiatives across multiple branches.
• Identify opportunities for water conservation and system improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce water usage while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
• Support startup processes for new properties and ensure budgets are met within 90 days.
• Deliver training programs for technicians, foremen, account managers, and leadership.
