Job summary

Sperber Landscape Companies is seeking a Regional Irrigation Manager to lead irrigation operations, water conservation initiatives, and training across the Northwest region. You will work with branch leadership and sales teams to grow revenue and improve efficiency, while guiding technical staff and ensuring project success.

The role requires strong irrigation expertise, leadership, and a capability to present to clients and management groups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years irrigation management and leadership experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Deep knowledge of smart irrigation systems and two-wire controllers.

Responsibilities

• Lead irrigation operations and water conservation initiatives across Northwest partner companies.
• Conduct audits, site assessments, and budget tracking for water usage.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce water use while maintaining landscape quality.
• Drive sales growth through irrigation upgrades, renovations, and services.
• Provide training and technical leadership to technicians, foremen, and account managers.
• Travel up to 50% to support branches in multiple states.
