Job summary

Church Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a field sales professional to prospect and sell new insurance accounts on a remote basis. You will develop plans to meet goals, evaluate new business, and present solutions to potential clients while providing risk management guidance.

Required are a Bachelor's degree (preferred), a P&C license, and a valid driver's license with willingness to travel. Compensation includes base salary plus commissions and potential bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell new insurance accounts for Church Mutual and subsidiaries.
• Develop and implement a plan to meet sales goals and evaluate new business eligibility.
• Conduct on-site visits, present products, and provide risk management guidance.
• Maintain databases for sales activities and report to management.
• Attend training seminars and meetings, including travel to the Home Office.
