UniTrust Financial Group is expanding its remote sales team and seeking motivated individuals for Remote Insurance Sales Representative roles. You will work with leads remotely, focusing on consultative selling and client service without cold calling.

Training and licensing guidance are provided to help you obtain the necessary state license. You may start with no prior insurance experience, and the role offers flexibility as a full-time or part-time remote position with commission-based

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Self-directed, organized and consistent.
• Willing to work full-time or part-time remotely.
• Commission-only compensation is acceptable.
• Willing to obtain a state insurance license.
• Training and licensing guidance available.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients to schedule consultations.
• Conduct phone or video appointments from home.
• Learn client priorities and coverage concerns.
• Educate clients about available insurance options.
• Recommend solutions based on stated needs.
• Complete applications and maintain records.
• Follow up with clients through the decision process.
• Attend virtual training, coaching and team meetings.
• Track progress toward sales goals.
