Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking an RN Regional Manager to oversee infusion nursing services across a designated region, supervising field infusion nurses, coordinating with partner agencies, and ensuring compliant clinical documentation. This role collaborates closely with the Regional Director.

The position is remote with a Monday–Friday schedule, requiring travel within the assigned region and strong leadership and clinical oversight skills to maintain best practices and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Multistate RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years in infusion therapy.
• At least 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership, supervisory, or management role.
• Experience working with home health agencies or in home infusion care settings.
• Strong knowledge of home infusion therapy, patient care standards, and clinical documentation best practices.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Google Workspace tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve infusion nursing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor adherence to infusion therapy protocols and infection control practices.
• Elevate complex clinical concerns to the Regional Director as needed.
• Promote high-quality patient outcomes through audits, evaluations, and feedback.
