Job summary

Amerita, Inc., part of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Nurse Manager- Infusion to lead regional nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance, across the Phoenix area. The role reports to the Regional Director and oversees clinical care, on-call coverage, and program development within the home infusion setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Valid nursing license in state(s) of practice.
• 3–5 years of experience in nursing management.
• 3–5 years of experience in home infusion and home health.
• Extensive experience in IV therapy.
• Current CPR certification.
• Flexible schedule with on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to travel within the region for nursing program support and supervision.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing services are provided professionally and in compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and clinical standards.
• Oversee nursing staff hiring, competency development, continuing education, performance appraisal, supervision and discipline.
• Coordinate activities of the nursing staff.
• Provide safe and professional nursing care to infusion patients including education, direct care, and care coordination.
• Ensure 24/7 nursing coverage with on-call after hours.
• Support sales by joining calls to discuss clinical services and programs; contribute to marketing tools and programs.
• Develop and present in-services to referral sources.
