AmeriPharma is seeking a Central Nursing Director to lead RN Regional Managers and Staffing Coordinators across the Central region, ensuring top-quality patient care in line with policies and regulations. The role emphasizes staff support, operational oversight, and continuous improvement of nursing services.

Responsibilities include clinical guidance, audits, training, and collaboration with regional managers to uphold standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care as needed and travel to patients' homes for supervision.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, protocols and processes.
• Provide clinical support to patients and nurses.
• Review nursing notes and visit time approvals.
• Provide training and competency assessments for regional nurses.
