Job summary

Amerita, Inc. is seeking a Regional Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations across the region, including staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance. This role reports to the Regional Director and supports a growing home infusion portfolio.

The candidate will oversee nursing staff performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with pharmacy and outside agencies to coordinate patient care. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Active nursing license in applicable states.
• 3–5 years of nursing management experience.
• Recent 3–5 years in home infusion/home health; IV therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional nursing operations, including staffing and scheduling.
• Manage labor costs, clinical care, and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy and external agencies for patient care.
• Lead QA activities and nursing program supervision; provide on‑call coverage.
• Support sales by discussing clinical services and programs with referrals.
