Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Valid nursing license in state(s) of practice.
• 3–5 years of nursing management experience.
• Recent 3–5 years of experience in home infusion and home health.
• Extensive IV therapy experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willingness to travel within the region and be on-call evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees regional nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling and labor costs.
• Ensures clinical care and quality assurance across the region.
• Monitors regulatory compliance and QA activities with audits and metrics.
• Oversees hiring, development, performance appraisal and discipline of nursing staff.
• Coordinates nursing activities with Pharmacy and external Nursing agencies as indicated.
• Provides direct patient care oversight, education and care planning.
• Manages on-call coverage and 24/7 nursing availability.
