Gillis is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to drive outbound and proactive sales for a portfolio of 6 hotels across the USA and Canada. This home-based role reports to an Executive Director of Sales Performance and requires travel for in-market visits.

You will build a sales pipeline in Salesforce, coach General Managers and Front Desk staff, and report progress. The role offers a base salary of $70K, quarterly incentives, profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hotel sales experience across market segments.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow market share.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales technology.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic, outbound sales for 6 hotels across US/Canada.
• Drive ROI and revenue milestones with a shortened sales cycle.
• Activate new accounts and expand market share through prospecting.
• Develop and nurture a Salesforce-based pipeline to shorten cycles.
• Collaborate with POD to drive revenue and maintain client satisfaction.
