Job summary

W. L. Gore & Associates is seeking a Sales and New Business Development Manager for the PharmBIO team. This fully remote role focuses on net-new growth across pharma, biotech, CDMO, and medical device customers, driving demand and expanding applications.

The position involves 50-75% travel for customer engagement, with periodic trips to Elkton, Maryland for collaboration and training. You will work with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to accelerate territory growth.
