Job summary

Wing is seeking a Regional Flight Operations Support Manager to join the Flight Operations team. This remote role is based in the United States and reports to the Flight Operations leadership.

You will mentor a distributed team of Flight Operations Support Coordinators, manage vendor relationships, and govern regional systems and budgets to ensure Wing's ground and air operations run safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aviation operations or logistics including leading distributed teams.
• Active 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate required.
• Willing to work 5 days/week, including weekends/holidays as business needs dictate.
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of Flight Operations Support Coordinators.
• Oversee regional vendor strategy and contract adherence.
• Govern regional utilization of workforce management tools and Google Workspace.
• Approve timesheets, expense reports, and regional travel.
• Forecast regional staffing requirements based on projected flight volumes.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of SOPs for site logistics and crew readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Wing targets and outreach.
