Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in professional services or PE-backed environments.
• Experience partnering with operational or executive leadership.
• Experience with high-growth, acquisitive organizations.
• Proven ability to influence decisions through financial analysis and insights.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own regional financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Develop understanding of regional operations and performance drivers.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting with clear insights.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, utilization, and KPIs to identify trends.
• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts.
• Build dynamic financial models to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Improve forecast accuracy and develop dashboards for visibility.
• Partner with leaders to align financial plans with business objectives.
