Job summary

Current is seeking a hands-on Regional Finance Manager to act as embedded financial partner to regional leadership in the Central or West regions. You will distill complex data into clear insights and guide performance across offices.

Reporting to the Director, Corporate FP&A, you will own budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, building KPI frameworks and maintaining strong executive presence while traveling to regional offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 6+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience in multi-entity or service environments.
• Experience with ERP/planning tools and BI platforms; strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Build fluency in regional operating environment and translate to actionable insights.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reporting with 'so what' narrative.
• Define and refine KPI framework for revenue, margins, utilization, realization.
• Lead annual budget and long-range planning for the region.
• Partner with regional leadership to drive actions to successful completion.
