Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in architecture, facility management, or related field.
• Familiarity with key building systems including HVAC and plumbing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adjust messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facilities team in executing maintenance plans.
• Manage all building systems including fire/life safety and HVAC.
• Develop reporting systems of facility issues and ticket response.
