Kids for the Future in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee engineering and maintenance operations, building systems, and safety initiatives. You will ensure asset protection, energy efficiency, regulatory compliance, and smooth daily operations of the property.

Primary duties include budgeting, capital projects, preventive maintenance, and leading an emergency response team while delivering excellent guest experiences and coordinating with departments to meet business

Qualifications

Supervises Engineering in the absence of the Director.
Manages physical plant including equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life safety systems.
Maintains and plans preventative maintenance programs.
Ensures regulatory compliance across operations.
Manages department budget and controllable expenses.
