Job summary

Wing is seeking a Flight Operations Support Coordinator to join the Flight Operations team across multiple U.S. bases (St Louis, Memphis, Cincinnati, Phoenix) on a 36-month fixed-term contract.

You’ll assist in ground support scheduling for commercial drone operations and onboard vendor staff as crew members, ensuring equipment readiness and safety compliance. You will collaborate with regional leads, support training coordination, and may serve as a crew member for special requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years scheduling teams of 10+ people and 1+ years of US drone operations experience
• 1+ year as a field technician or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Active 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
• Proven ability to communicate constructively in stressful situations
• Experience with Deputy or ServiceNow for resource management
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
• Ability to perform moderate physical work outdoors

Responsibilities

• Report to Wing Senior Flight Operations Support Manager or Regional Site Lead
• Develop Ground Support and Visual Observer crew schedules for approval
• Obtain compliance records for vendor staff for Flight Operations training
• Identify training requirements and schedule trainings
• Support maintenance activities at Wing nests or central facility
• Move Wing equipment between locations up to 60 miles/day
• Maintain qualifications as Ground Support Operator/Visual Observer
• Coordinate with regional leads for replacements of equipment
• Assist with outreach and public/government interactions
