Wing is seeking a Regional Flight Operations Support Manager to join our Flight Operations team. This role is based remotely in the United States.

You will lead a distributed team of Flight Operations Support Coordinators and drive performance while coordinating with regional vendor leadership. Bring 5+ years in aviation operations or logistics, a valid driver’s license, and a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of aviation operations or workforce management experience.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams and coach staff.
• Valid Driver's License and active 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and scheduling processes.
• Willing to work 5 days/week, including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Directly manage a team of Flight Operations Support Coordinators.
• Oversee regional vendor strategy and contract adherence.
• Govern regional use of Deputy, ServiceNow and Google Workspace.
• Approve timesheets, expense reports and regional travel.
• Forecast regional staffing needs based on flight volumes.
• Lead SOP development for site logistics and crew readiness.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Training and Community Affairs.
