Champion Petfoods in the United States is seeking a Regional Distributor Manager, U.S. to lead distributor partnerships, drive sales growth, and align distributor activities with national strategy.

This fully remote role sits near Dallas, TX or other preferred regions, with 40-50% travel. You will translate national plans into regional execution, develop Joint Business Plans, coach distributor sales teams, and optimize retailer performance, margins, and ROI while collaborating with Marketing,

Qualifications

• Proven success managing distributor relationships and driving growth through indirect sales channels.
• Ability to develop and execute business plans that deliver revenue growth and market share.
• Strong financial acumen including forecasting, budgeting, ROI management.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-50% within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own sales, distribution, and execution results across distributor partners.
• Develop Joint Business Plans and forecast for distributors aligned to national objectives.
• Coach and develop Distributor Sales Representatives to improve effectiveness.
• Lead market visits to evaluate retail execution and merchandising.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain to ensure successful execution.
