Job summary

Premier Nutrition Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a network of independent distributors across the United States. You will own relationships, strategy, and execution for growth in assigned regions, including national and local chains.

You will travel roughly half the time, with remote work supported, and frequent coordination with Emeryville HQ. The role pays $120k–$135k depending on experience and location, with performance-based opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–10 years of sales, preferably in consumer packaged goods and retail channels.
• Willingness to travel ~50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the distributor network and drive annual business goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with account teams and distributors.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Coach and develop direct/indirect reports and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute plans and initiatives.
• Own regional market activation and KPI attainment.
