• Proven leadership and coaching abilities across multiple locations.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Director- Mid South to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will oversee multi-store operations across the Mid South region, driving consistent execution, strong customer experience, and disciplined performance management. The leader will partner closely with district managers and corporate stakeholders to strengthen talent pipelines, improve processes, and deliver results across multiple locations. The position calls for a hands-on retail operator who can balance immediate priorities with long-term growth while fostering an inclusive, accountable culture.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually
