Job summary

Xanitos, based in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Vice President of Business Development West to lead regional sales initiatives and partnerships. Ideally based in Southern or Northern California or Arizona, this role offers remote options and requires strong leadership and a proven C-suite closing track in healthcare.

You will drive forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, collaborating across teams to tailor service solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a consultative sales environment within healthcare; C-suite experience required.
• Experience in outsourced, managed services environment preferred.
• Strong service/quality attitude and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel extensively (60%) throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the sales strategy for the West region, with short and long term goals and market understanding.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiations; lead generation largely self-driven.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored service solutions and deliver client presentations.
• Track results (sales, pipeline, expenses) and adjust plans; identify new opportunities from data analysis.
• Maintain contact with key clients post-sale to identify new opportunities and solidify relationships.
