Xanitos is seeking a Vice President of Business Development West to lead our sales efforts across the West region. The role focuses on establishing regional targets, developing strategic plans, and driving growth in healthcare and outsourced EVS services.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in healthcare sales with C-suite closing experience, a business degree (MBA preferred), and the ability to travel up to 60%. This is a full-time, remote-friendly position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare consultative sales.
• C-suite experience required; strong leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the regional sales strategy and goals.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor client solutions and proposals.
• Deliver client presentations in a collaborative/team selling environment.
• Track performance and analyze pipeline, expenses, and opportunities.
